Standard Return Policy

Rotovac Corporation offers a 100% purchase price refund upon the return of Rotovac Products under the following conditions:

It is understood that portable extractors, truck mount extractors, and items not manufactured by Rotovac are not covered under Rotovac’s return policy or warranty and are not refundable or returnable to Rotovac. Portable extractors and truck mounts are covered only as specified by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Rotovac will assist its customer in settling any warranty claim or dispute with the manufacturer of the truck mount, however, it is understood by the customer that Rotovac is released of any and all liability or responsibility for the proper operation, service, warranty, or any other claim, dispute or complaint the customer may have regarding the truck mount or the manufacturer of the truck mount.

  1. Before returning, customer must first call Rotovac to obtain an RMA # (return authorization number) within the seven (7) days following receipt of the equipment.
  2. Equipment must be returned in original boxes and packaging, must be clean and in like new condition. Dirty machines, scratches and/or broken components may be subject to cleaning and/or repair charges.
  3. To qualify for a credit you must return the merchandise to Rotovac.

Please note that a 20% restocking fee may be assessed to the return of any Rotovac where the operator has not called in and completed the required telephone training session associated with the proper use of the Rotovac or the above condtions were not met. Under the these same conditions, Rotovac Corporation also extends a full purchase price refund on the return of “Business Startup Packages,” within thirty (30) days following receipt of the equipment purchased. This refund does not apply to chemicals or special order items which are not normally part of the equipment package.

Rotovac Corporation does not accept returns on equipment manufactured by other companies that is not purchased as part of standard equipment included in the “Business Startup Package”.

The customer is responsible for any and all freight charges.
